now again debate on WFH

some employee claim will not get the job if that company never offer WFT option.

Whereas another side claim hard to WFH partly noise , kids etc so prefer to go office work.

Even Tan SL is farny, too

Hold a public session to encourage retailers to allow more WFH

But can waitress or retail asst work from home    Rotfl

So now bo- pian, must include them in Progressive Wage Model

to increase their salary instead   Laughter-68

The other farny part is

PAP hire so many Army Generals

to be YES MEN

Then might as well hire more soldiers that is much cheaper

still dare to say " sense of purpose"

Just in Public transport next year going to review,

if everyone WFH will be less passengers for Public transport even Taxi/PHV

surely public transport going to increase price to substain cost of operation.

Some with family, must rush home to cook and look after children.

Some with family and older children, prefer 4 days work week.

But most important is- SALARY, lah.

Hope to see 25% pay increment to attract degree holders net year.

Work from home is good.
Cut the travelling time.
More time on sleep.
More time for children.
Better family bonding.

Shd make it mandatory, work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home or vice versa for office workers.

Our MRT will not be so crowded during peak hours.
