South Korean makes rare defection to North through demilitarized zone

South Korea sent troops to recover the individual, but failed and observed the person cross the border through the heavily fortified demilitarized zone.

It should be the other way round,    North Korean will want to defect into South Korea,  cos North Korea is rule by a dictator...... crying
