Only SW has vulnerable people, meh? I am not as stupid as Jac Lau to believe, hor.
Anyway, if money not enuf, then set FTs levy of $100 to $800 for those earning below $12k/ mth.
PAP allow them to come to rob our jobs, but why they cannot set FTs levies to compensate us?
Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

S$660k salary in 2012.
S$800k salary in 2021, liao ( estimate).
Base on Stat Board annual increment percentage.
