The title says "kid" but that may not be what's written in the report. It could only be what TS wrote.
Having said that, a normal person would already have done the necessary things upon seeing someone dead in the house, in this case, his own father. Report to the police, determine the cause of death and arrange the funeral rites. He did none of those but stayed with the corpse.
What does this tell us? It tells us to be more empathetic and more understanding when chewren or adults with special needs don't behave "right" in public. They have no sense of right and wrong, what's allowed and what's not. They need to be supervised by someone but if the caregiver happens to look away for a minute, they might do something not acceptable like touching peepur (even women - it may even be a dinobu that they touched), or taking other peepurs' things, bags, opening them up.
Just tell them they must not do that. Speak baby words to them. There is no need to call the police for every such thing...but don't also say, aiya mai poh mata lar. Ee siao eh! That's very unkind eh!!
And why did Observer ban someone here, but not himself for all the porn he posted using KILLjoi, babygil, Dan and Observerboi - which are all his user ids here?
