The habit now is is to bully and badger LMW...

He was asking a legitimate question and they were interjecting 6-7 times.....after he speaks a few words ..

His final question which is a serious one is the increased number who don't serve NS to pursue their athletics and arts development because they were refused deferrnent. Situation is not imporving.

Minister refused to answer the question saying it's not related. Why isn't it related of course it is related to NS...

The minister and speaker are setting a bad example of not letting a person speak up to ask his question  properly. He needed to give the context for his question first. They cannot even wait 15 seconds for him to finish before interrupting. As people we should not be so arrogant and condescending
