The stallholder Ruifang is right! The cost of ingredients keep going up. Water and electrical bills are also increasing. Her conservancy charges have gone from $150 to $210 over the last 4 years at Tekka Food Centre where she operates from. So who shall we blame? The greedy MIW of course!
