We’ve got a brewery here not forgetting a cigarette factory. Maybe that’s why they don’t dare to tax these two items heavily.

They didn’t ban it in the past becos there was no solid evidence. And it has now, it is only a matter of time.

No good solution.
But alcohol can be banned.

Eg: fighting/drink driving. Paramedics, police, insurance and hospital all got jobs.
Good points but these are not good excuses enough to do bad things.
