She is wrong, but 12 weeks jail is quite harsh. Early last year, allowing people to self-quarantine at own residence and to go home by themselves was in itself a big mistake.

12 weeks is consistent for those who breached SHN previously. but allowing pple self-quarantine without any electronic tag is indeed stupid. u are just making it so simple for pple to steal eat..
but den again. like wat army say, do anything u want, just dont get caught..

With 1/3 remission off her sentence for good behaviour, she will be out in 2 months.
