Students caught first time for vaping offences could face fine of up to S$2,000 amid enforcement step-up

In addition to enforcement efforts, schools and IHLs are collaborating with HPB to “amplify anti-vaping messages” in educational materials and preventive programmes, to raise awareness on the harms of vaping and provide “cessation support” for students caught vaping.

$2000 to any parents of today’s student is nothing. They do seems to understand that they are not fining the student but the parents.

Shouldn’t they punish the parents? They failed their job so should get the parents more involved.

Why fine for littering not going up?

And include those above 12 years-old as well?

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?
