Suggest PM Lawrence Wong offers elderly Sr MPs over 60s good retirement packages & thanking them for their long services.

Giving younger ministers more important duties and a chance be promoted and move up.

Today, MOM mandatory workers retired at age 63 yo

So, for MPs at 60 yo is just right becoz of their heavy responsibility and job scopes

What do you think?

For Senior Ministers to hold a portfolio for maximum 2 terms IE 8 to 10 years should be more than enough.

Otherwise, without new blood policy remains status quo, younger ministers cannot move up.

Today, Parliament showcasing so many sleeping beauty and Calefare

No ways for Parliament to continuously offering lifetime jobs for certain politicians.

Could this be a system fault or something else?
