Court finds employee wrongfully dismissed due to pregnancy, awards S$122,000 in damages

A woman was fired about four months after she told her boss she was pregnant. A promised compensation and bonus were not paid out to her either. Her ex-employer, who tried to sue her for misappropriation, must now pay her around S$122,000 in damages for wrongful dismissal.

Is there a broker to pay the amount and claim from the biz? Else the biz owner can refuse to pay or file for bankruptcy etc?

Anyone knows if the victims ever get back their money or it's just a nice judgement but no follow through?

Will they be charged under contempt of court order?
Or  can they walk free without paying  any money?
The plaintiff has to pay court fees and lawyer fees?
Loopholes in civil sue?
Any advice?

In the end, she might not get anything out of the suit! All the money would go the the court fees and lawyers!
