If that is China's balloon, I will cheer for their super technology.
A balloon that can fly all the way to US and not detected earlier.
Why Biden dare not shoot it down?
Claiming its a China's balloon.
But there is another possibility.
A balloon put up by their own people.
I can think of one person Elon Musk.
He has the technology to fly spaceship not to say a balloon.
Lets watch and see who finally is the culprit.

China already admitted it is theirs. It is probably a signal in response to the US-Philippines deal for bases.
