I know that FWs are given Medical Insurance for a certain amount under the law due to the risk in the blue collar jobs.

But when MOM tighten the FWs quota and locals do the job, will these companies provide the same benefit?

If not, do NOT take up those jobs please.

There is the Work Injury Compensation Act, so he should be able to get some compensation since injury due to work..

But of course company in deep shit coz MOM will step into investigate if any wrongdoing by company..

1. I have served the nation in a combat unit for 2.5 + 10 years. I had fulfilled my duty as a citizen, but has the country do it's part for me?
2. I don't know where the threat of CCP is, but I know the threat of CECA is already at my doorsteps
3. I had been called a CCP, JHK, Pinoy, but they never called me a CECA..

Better than nothing. If company got insured for the worker, might have more. If not, at least still got some monies from this compensation
