We want to rejoin but
MOM gave away the Vacancies
and Companies set 5 ridiculous filters
ie Age, past salary, past job, past work history . . .

Would anyone who is jobless for 4 or 5 years want have the enthusiasm to rejoin the workforce? Even if so, in the same or different profession.

Depend monies enough for that jobless person or not. If fist tight stomach hungry no choice need work. If no need monies why rejoin? Bored no way I can keep myself busy with things I like to do and not back in the rat race
