Pap will make more money from us if they agree to review water price with bolehland next year. Any raw water price increase pap will make us pay more on the pretext of increase rates.

The cheapest way to get potable water is from our reservoirs, the next cheaper way is to get raw river water from Malaysia.  New water and desalinated water is very expensive ...
