Many colleges and institutes were upgraded to university status a few years ago…the education standard is way below Spore, only one university is in world’s  top 100 ranking.

The universities simply issue certificates to them so that they can establish good relationships with garment officials….now during election all got exposed by opposition parties.

no, he didn't.  he never write the thesis.

the thesis was rewritten by his assistants, but they engaged in plagiarism.
