Not properly represented but not unlawful.
Unless sg make changes to non constituency MP to base on party percent representation
and not best few losers.
Else we should see around 20% of the seats under opposition.
However so far no one including opposition brought up to make change.
therefore allowing govt take opportunities to have nominated MP postings.

Last election DPP won 61 seats plus another 3 from 时代力量pro-independence group, and KMT only got 38 seats, TPP 5 seats. This election DPP only managed to secure 51 seats, KMT got 52 seats and TPP 8 seats.

Next 4 years will definitely be tougher for Taiwan nao that both the pro-CCP's blue and white has a final say in their legislation which definitely will affect all their current and future economy, foreign and nation defense policies, not to mention this erection had see the trend of their black gold power coming back into many of the legislation seats, which mean DPP had failed utterly in their past efforts of trying to remove black gold from taiwan political scenes.

Taiwan past 8 yrs of economical miracles may finally coming to an end.

There was a time when the country asked ordinary men to do extraordinary things.

But now, they'll only do it for money.

China threatens to terminate ECFA free trade agreement that Taiwan has surplus of US$ 100 billion per year through exporting 2000-3000 types of  goods to China tax free for the past 12 years.  While Taiwan has made heaps of money under ECFA, it disallows China exporting goods to Taiwan free of taxes. China has completed trade barriers investigation and is going to bring the case to WTO for violating free trade. As Taiwan’s economy is highly dependent on China and more than 50% exports go to China, Taiwan’s economy will go down hill and millions will be jobless once ECFA is terminated.

China will attack Taiwan economically and diplomatically. Nauru cuts tie with Taiwan today. And China will terminate ECFA free trade agreement with Taiwan that has generated USD 100 billion per year for Taiwan for the past 12 years…Taiwan’s GDP will go negative, many companies will close down and millions will be out of job after that happens…Taiwan is heavily dependent on the trade with China, more than 50% exports go to China free of tariffs.

No use one….Taiwan's trade with Japan is USD 50 billion in deficit every year...bloodying like hell.  Japan and Korea are Taiwan’s competitors in trade, and Taiwan’s goods exported to Japan and the U.S. need to pay high tariffs one.
