Everyone is playing " lottery " because they feel you never know maybe got Dumb PR or new citizen buying willing to pay.
Which in fact reality there are, those BTO flat sell million , or condo one thing obviously Most buyer are Either PRs or New citizen.
My relative sold his flat at 900k++ to a PR last time got one PR wiling to pay 1million for it but my relative reject partly he haven't plan yet wanna sell his flat etc matters.
Do note is not every flat can fetch this place partly my relative unit is the highest level and so far the view still there no high rise new blocks blocking the view, actually some part been block, last time when he first get this unit can see MBS that side even can see firework now been blocked by other new buildings.
