Despite that Taiwan denied, pretty sure they paid her some money (not NT$ 94 million), as Taiwan invited her for the visit but officially Taiwan acts like Pelosi wanted to come on her own. One of the news said Taiwan wanted to withdraw the invitation at last min but Pelosi still proceeded.
Last time when Pompeo visited Taiwan, Taiwan also paid him a big lump sum….this is why many foreign politicians visit Taiwan….Taiwan’s PR team is busy working on their trips, of course Taiwan garment will deny.
