For Covid vaccine testing, must go through 3 phases, if it fails at any phase, then can’t proceed to the next phase. One of the German vaccines, after huge investment, the result of phase 2 failed, so can’t proceed further. For Taiwan, its vaccines only passed phase 2...English Tsai quickly rolls them out to make money, no wonder DPP restricts other brands of vaccines entering Taiwan market in the past 12 months, it is to make way for local vaccines.

It is a big show for DPP to roll out own vaccines to make money....what Taiwan has no vaccines? what China blocks Pfizer vaccine?
