钟女说，陈男在侦查庭中强调自己只是将生殖器放在杯子内，「没有射精」，还说因为自己在家里性生活不协调，「只要看到女同事喝下他的秽物就有会快感！」

钟女表示，她只搜证4天就拍下陈男做出8次不雅行为，只要心中想到先前不知道已喝了多久陈男的秽物，就觉得恶心、想吐，至今仍有失眠及感到焦虑，还在看身心科，她认为法官判太轻，已决定提起上诉，并向陈男提起刑事附带民事求偿100万元。
