Aiya; this type of "give water" cases happened in Poly and vocational institutes is normal why make such a" hoohar?...The GCE O & A papers also can get in shops for a ten years exam questions sometimes "Q" can be repeated lah...

NTU is like a third world university in its management. Which is quite ironic considering their business school is supposedly quite good. I guess NTU doesn't practise what it preaches.
