MOM defines unemployment as "Prolong jobless"
maybe meaning those who are 3 or7 years being jobless?
Otherwise, they are considered employed

anyway non graduate jobs already been
infested with foreigners and you think
graduate jobs would be foreign-free and
easy?

these people are pro employers
and
they are into gdp for their bonuses not social for you and me
and soon another fellow will be out
scolding you for not being hungry wanting
