Older estates are not built for this kind of noise-generating activities
To give you an example in Bedok Reservoir where i live, they recently built a large open-sided multipurpose hall surrounded by hdb blocks ...and then someone (who likely dont even live there) decided its a good idea to plonk in loud karaoke & zumba every alternate day
