allll these "tech" issues show the world how Sg is so fragile in tech space...how vulnerable we are. This is also worrying for our country's security and not just daily application etc. Hopefully the govt sees this as a major issue 🤔 (i highly doubt it😗)

Spore govt pour a lot of monies into automation and IT is no exception. When I start work in 1998 the trend was govt in-house IT team doing. Then along the way must be some smart aleck scholar say this is hard to sustain and too slow so faster way should be outsource and your own employees supervise them do work.
Then too many bad systems built so they form GovTech (centralised authority for govt IT systems) which model after DSTA for military systems. Again this model don't really work that well. Basically Spore govt lack the software dev expertise for which Cecaland can readily supply. But the supply come with good and bad as years go by.

Woodlands Customs is one. It seem I need to tiptoe then they can capture. But I try same tactics come back Spore cannot so is see your luck or your face black or not I guess.
