Should look at the financial statements. Everything looks ok except income from operation drop suddenly 4 no reasons but the cash in hand increased . Asset is 10x the liability. No drop in retained earnings @ $35 biln. The statement Looked ok

Trump's getting rid of emission (both federal and state) rules will be a blow to Tesla as there will be no sales credit from then on. Tesla gets US$8.4b of sales credit since 2021. That will disappear with Trump's anti-EV policies.

Better wait 4 clear directive to do away with the existing carbon credit system among the companies. He might keep it running except not bounded by Paris Agreement.
