If he allows LTA to implement without checking nor stopping, and force people to change to SimplyGo, then he is already at fault. Push blame on Iswaran and who was suspended since July shows he is a misfit to be a Minister.

Since Chee made sudden permission to set a deadline to stop EZ Link for SinplyGo, it is obvious he is a bad decision maker. Iswaran was not even there to give any permission.

The way I see it, he is not clear minded and has no idea what his job is.
