Once in a while we encounter person who cannot accept defeat when we play board games. He will lose temper and flip the entire board and ruin everything for everyone.

In the Geopolitical game that person is Putin. The world closed one eye when he wrecked Chechen. When he scorched earth tactics killing civilians jnvaded Georgian territories..then later annexed Crimea. Nothing was done to seriously stop him and this embolden him. 

Now we have a nuclear threat due to past stupidity and complacency.
