if I not mistaken the current Law only deal with Home owners BUT property agent never.

Means the property agent know breaking law but help the home owner sell , or rent out before MOP.

When been caught , Only home owners get into trouble but property agent never.

It seem property agent never get punish or fine in fact. Is ONLY Home owners get the punishment.

A lot feel is unfair in the sense only home owners get fix property agent knows cannot sell or rent before MOP Yet help these home owners get clients never get punish too?
