Yes. Get from lucky supermarket. Get those without tail prawn meat and they are big size. Those with shell and sea caught, get from wet market better.

How come you thank for buying frozen chicken thigh?
For me, I normally buy fresh chicken and
fresh chicken wings. Many ppl don’t know some time the price is comparable or cheaper.

It is quite difficult to differentiate them especially when you purchase it at the wet market.

After removing the fat and skin, the weight left behind is about half.

It is boneless meat. In fact I put a 1.6kg fresh chicken that cost $8.30 back and instead buy the frozen meat.Do the math yourself.

Thigh meat is the most expensive part from chicken rice stall. If you want lean meat buy chicken breast.
