Sounds like good idea. I think they have enough of trained military personnel to take over key transport professions like drivers, sailors and air crew if they go on strike. These measures should prevent the whole country coming to a standstill.
The usage of military personnel here is not meant to go and whack or shoot the strike workers. ....
