This scammer strikes again telling a local merchant tt the Seremban High School was about to renovate the school. This time, he changed tactic and arranged for the merchant to meet him at the school for a discussion. But he called at last minute to say he could not make it and instead, arranged 4 transport to load the renovating materials at the merchant’s shop. The merchant was not fooled as he noticed the scammer was speaking to him in full Chinese accent.
