Government is studying means LW was just giving lip service to pacify dumbfuck sinkees to gain votes and conveniently forgotten after GE. Unless he is saying, "government is "taking action" then you can hope for situation to improve.

The govt cause population density to increase by importing people ...hospital over crowded ..demand for housing shoot up, rental escalate..
Why need to investigate when the cause is obvious to everyone!!!
They are trying to find something else to blame??!
Senior suffered high rate of inflation as they no longer have source of income to keep up.
All this have to study?
I tell this govt to stop their nonsense.

S'pore is too overcrowded so we have far too many people competing for too few private homes and cars. Of course the skyrocketing cost of living is caused by govt policies.
