I think they should have barriers just like Singapore's MRT to avoid such incidents.

In the beginning refused to pay heed of erecting barriers until so many people died or injured. Then they starting doing it.

The MRTC is hesitant to install barriers at the stations, due to it's huge cost of installing it, but accede to public outcry, they finally agreed to install these door barriers.....
