After completing negotiation now Japan says there are discrepancies and Japan never agreed to $550 billion investment as Trump altered and claimed. After Marcos meeting Trump in White House to get 1% less for tariff the Philippines is now hoping to get the tariff lower to 15%. All these are moving parts, will never end until agreements are signed.

If all his tariffs are only made verbally, any idea how he remembers them all like India 45%, Thailand 30%, etc. etc.....
