How to build a railway across the huge desert from Israel to UAE? Constructing railway across desert is very hard as the foundation is not stable let alone building a such long distance. Does India have experience, expertise and funding to achieve that? India doesn’t even have capacity to build its own railways and must engage Japanese companies to do the job.
