All these after thought measures are useless and wasting resources. The cases keep surging all because of the stupid policy of home quarantine and home recovery. As such, restricting 2 or 5 person per table at eating places is totally
useless when transmission are already raging /happening at home.

Haha..jiatlat...some cases are doubtful type not under protocol...eg. ART positive but PCR negative..then how? Consider Neg? (Because PCR suppose to overwrite ART result).
