jjust b4 they plan this, their mtg I think had these conversation :
oyk : I got a call fr hc who suggested why not just post the kits to every households afterall a tracetogether is also not cheap n hc is willing to sponsor for the mailings.
gf : ok la tell hc to also sponsor for the mailling as well as part of the kits we'll pick up the balance.
ju : remember the cdc vouchers? 1 by 1 hilang?
oyk : these are kits cant eat cant test c0ck so no one is interested, just do it.

I tend to think that in giving out this test kit to household is basically to let the people getting used to it.
And eventually many households will have to buy them as COVID-19 becomes a norm here in Singapore.
I bought the test kit at Guardians Pharmacy, 2 boxes cost 19 plus.

Back in Jul when there was a case detected within 1km of my estate... my area each individuals got one free ART being distributed...
