"Mind Your Language" would be considered too racist for modern TV standards. The show, which aired in the 1970s and 1980s, relied heavily on stereotypes and offensive jokes about various ethnic groups. This kind of humour is no longer acceptable today's society, as it promotes harmful stereotypes, and may be deeply offensive to marginalised communities. TV shows and movies are held to higher standards of cultural sensitivity than in the past. Content that was once considered acceptable is now seen as inappropriate and harmful.

The funniest joke from "Mind Your language" was when the Spaniard Juan mentioned his distrust of doctors because of his uncle in Madrid, who went to the hospital with chest pains, but died on the same day. Juan blames the doctor, but Mr Brown said it was unfair since his uncle was run over by a car outside the hospital, and not because his doctor could not cure him. I cracked up when Juan explained that the doctor who examined his uncle, was driving the car. LOL!
