In this regard, the court accepted the defendant or the 1st defendant in all 3 cases.

/2551, punishable by 3 years imprisonment
2. Black case number Orm. 1/2541, red case number Orm. 10/2552, punishable by 2 years imprisonment and
3. Black case number Orm. 5/2008 sentenced to 5 years imprisonment

For counting the punishment against the red case No. Or. 4/2551 and the red case No. Or. 10/2552 of the Supreme Court's Criminal Division for Persons Holding Political Positions.

Do not continue counting the penalty (Case 1 = 3 years, Case 2 = 2 years, counting the punishment overlap), but counting the penalty for the black case No. Aor. 8 years

The reporter reported that for counting the penalty for Red Case No. Orm. 4/2551 and Red Case No. Orm. 10/2552, the Supreme Court of Politicians did not extend the penalty count (Case 1 = 3 years, Case 2 = 2). years counted as double penalties), but to count the penalties per black case No. Aor. 9/2551, therefore total imprisonment for 3 cases for a period of 8 years 3+5

Actually it's not the case. He and the current King used to be quite buddy buddy. Thaksin was disliked by the Bangkok elite because of his populist policies for the rural folks. The elites were also afraid Thaksin could sway the then Crown Prince to his side.

He returned today because the 2nd vote for new PM will be held today.

Despite Moving Forward Party won the election, it fell to form garment, Pheu Thai Party failed to lead and now they are going to form a coalition government with a dozen of small parties including parties created by military leaders. Like that might as well scrap the election….even if this Rojak government is formed, very hard to make decision to please each and every party involved.
