First you and family members must like it. Bring kids and pet dogs along and look out for their strange behaviours if there's any.

Next, think of it as if you are buying it for your potential tenants and future buyer. With that in mind you won't be too wrong

Used to read from somewhere, stated " NEVER Believe what property agent tell u " . Don't tell them u want to go see the house. Ownself go and 3 times , morning go , afternoon go and evening/night to monitor see the surrounding etc.

Do one more check during heavy rain. Roof and wall cracks and leakages expensive to repair

Brand new one aso hv such flaws. Luckily discovered a new penthouse had roof leaking problem during heavy rain, and the roof is not considered common property, so owner had to do own repairs
