Prime Minister Lee also mentioned that the 'Singapore Forward' plan is consulting on these issues.

He said that such efforts will come together if there is strong cooperation between the government, trade unions and companies referred to as tripartite partners.

Mr. Lee pointed out that the training and development programs for employees are going well and many of them are able to improve their skills.

“An increasing number of companies are also responding to the changing needs of employees. This improves productivity and enables companies to retain talent," he said.
