most likely payment system problem tie to supply chains
meaning we cannot handle the invisible US bond default mechanism. We have failed and the workers in say chains have to go.
wat can the Union do? Nothing
it is systemic
Now the Dola has to bounce non-stop from currency risks to Bond risks
stop in any MATI

Unions to protect only certain PROFESSIONs ie blue collar workers

Exclude IT Managers, Finance Executives, Supply Chain Directors, Secretary to MDs . . .

Correct??

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

That's the problem when the Union, the govt and the employer, are the same people.

So called Tripartite.

That is correct. Spore unions are for blue collar workers. If you belong to white collar all the best. Why this is so I can guess is white collar monthly salary thick so if give retrenchment monies very siong for employer. And since govt is pro employer so you know the rest of the story lor.

Govt then chut lot of pattern to help white collar get re-employed instead. So they prefer this approach then allow unions that can represent white collar workers.
