Most cases is due to injury inflicted on the head.

The reason for this is babies cry the parent either stress of have conflict with the spouse impulsive hit the child on the head.

When they cool down often it's too late and child cannot be revived. In this case they brought the baby to hospital.

This type of cases are quite common and nurse/doctors are trained to detect child abuse and report incident to police.

It's happening more often as families have shrunk jn size and often couples do not have extended family support and stress of caring for a child takes a toll.
