Only way to find out is PAP try put and a non Chinese PM and see whether they will be voted out next GE. No point guessing and debating over such issue......

All sporeans have the rights to be the leader as long they can gain the votes.
If fear they may abuse it, then must strip down PM power as now it is too powerful, while President is too free.
Also currently in some highly lucrative sectors, are dominated by non chinese, when chinese race pm is in position.
So will it turn worse? so many things need rebalance.
