A lot of Central bankers are not smart. It's normal. Their ppl will have to pay for their dumb central bankers....

The TWD was moderately appreciated but still remain flat over the last 15 years. Can’t image  how the recent currency appreciate will cause economical catastrophe like what Japan has experienced in 1990.
