Is Ginkgo's effect on memory enhancement real?
#1

While there is some evidence suggesting that Ginkgo extract might improve memory in healthy adults, most studies indicate that ginkgo doesn't improve memory, attention or brain function. Is anybody here able to testify about the effectiveness of Ginkgo's effect on memory enhancement?

My wife bought me this product earlier this year. After 1 month, she asked if there was any improvement in my memory. I replied that I didn't know as I forgot to take any of the capsules. LOL!
