Our Banks are ALL NEVER ready for the past 10 years

1) Make sure all ATMs have 4 major languages and 4 Chinese dialects

2) Make sure the Monitor Screen & words are BIG so that they can see

3) Make sure there are cubicles without doors for each AI in 4 languages and 4 chinese dialects
to be on standby service because of confi and security

4) Banks must hold Digi Banking Classes every week
in CC or RC for different topics

5) Banks must have more CS Marshals because
1 for each branch is not enough in the last 6 years
and place 1 part-time at each Bank's own ATM Group premises

Hahaha. Dont treat seniors fools and idiats and uneducated.
Many seniors are now retired IT PPL, MILITARY ppl, civil servant, engineers, bankers, chefs, teachers, etc. They are not it idiot but savvy.
