Last year local infection rate hit just 100 above Gov, bragging around helping people give money 

Now hit 800 , no more bragging helping?

so far only come rental force landlord give rebate but this is just talk 
Landlord also need to eat , give what rebate at most just left there empty tenant not happy just close shop.
The landlord knows soon will have people rent it.

Actually it does., partly some business owners close down those branch in ulu places and go get those good location ones whereby the previous owners close his/her shop
