Problem often ismlioe this you buyna cheap slightly under powered android device and start to use it. It works well in the beginning tn as you install more and more apps it slowly becomes less usable.

I have 2 device with problem:
1. A phone that has a  touch screen that freeze intermittently.
2. A tablet that keeps getting error "app not responding/ close/ wait".

All these are caused by apps you install...the run in the background using your CPU and causing it to drain battery and heat up. Shopping apps likee Lazasa Shipped and Qoo10:connect backntobthe server to pull notifications... Alone they may be okay but when you have many apps doing it your device slows until it becomes unusable.

What I did was to use the Hibernate app below to freeze the activities of these apps all the problems disappeared
